SoW	Comprehensive Feasibility Study + Concept Design

SDV conducted a comprehensive feasibility study including market; technical and financial feasibility for establishing a marine mammals care facility. SDV has also developed the concept designs of the facility in preparation for proceeding to detailed designs.

SDV scope of work was completed in December 2018.
